LeadingAge Five-Star & Trends Reports: Distribution later today

Nursing home members will receive their quarterly Five-Star Analysis & Trends Reports later today. The email with the link to each facility’s report will include details regarding the timeline of data used to compile the reports and other pertinent info. Please direct any questions on the reports, including how best to utilize the info they contain with your teams, to Stephanie DeWees at sdewees@leadingageohio.org. If you are the Five-Star contact for your facility and haven’t received the report by end of day, please contact Kathryn Brod at kbrod@leadingageohio.org.
